Awards Summit at the Museum of the Future

Overview

The AES Achievers Summit of Honours brought entrepreneurs, educators and partners together for an awards evening at the Museum of the Future. A venue this distinctive sets a high bar — printed boards along the walls would have looked out of place against the architecture, and the organisers wanted the honourees and supporting partners presented with the same polish as the building.

What we delivered

• Six P1.86 portable LED roll-up screens placed around the hall, each carrying its own content — honourees, the programme, supporting partners and sponsor messages
• Screens positioned so every guest had a display in view from the registration area through to the awards floor
• Content loaded from the organiser's files and sequenced before doors opened
• Delivery to the Museum of the Future, setup around the hall and collection after the ceremony

The impact

Six screens turned the perimeter of the hall into a moving gallery of the people being honoured. Partners got a brighter, bigger credit than any printed board could give them, and the organisers could update a name or a slide right up to the start. Each unit stands on its own base and rolls up at the end, so the whole installation went in and out without touching the venue.
