Property Expo · Radisson RED, Dubai
Mr. Eight Property Expo
Overview
A Dubai property developer took over an event space at Radisson RED to present a new branded-residences project to invited guests. The brief was a presentation setting that looked like the development itself — sharp, bright and moving — rather than a hotel function room dressed with printed backdrops.
What we delivered
- P1.86 portable LED roll-up screens linked into one seamless presentation wall behind the speaker's table, with a standalone unit either side — the project film, renders and key figures across all of them
- A standalone LED roll-up screen in the lounge area at the entrance, looping the campaign visuals so guests met the project before they reached the room
- All content loaded from the developer's own files and checked on the screens before guests arrived
- Delivery, setup inside the venue and teardown the same evening
The impact
The linked wall gave the presentation a focal point the room did not have on its own, and the lounge unit turned a corridor into the first touchpoint of the evening. When the talk moved from the tower to the apartments, the wall changed with it — nothing to reprint, nothing to carry out afterwards but the screens themselves.
