Recycling Expo Middle East 2026 — Festival Arena Dubai

Overview

Recycling Expo Middle East brought the region's waste, recycling and circular-economy industry to Festival Arena Dubai for two days. In a hall of shell-scheme stands dressed with printed pull-ups, one exhibitor wanted a booth that would stop people in the aisle — without the cost or lead time of a custom build.

What we delivered

• P1.86 portable LED roll-up screens lining the back wall of the stand and the open front corner, turning a standard shell scheme into a fully digital booth
• Each screen carrying its own message — services, key offers and contact details — so the stand read clearly from every angle of the aisle
• Content loaded from the exhibitor's own files and running before the doors opened on day one
• Delivery to Festival Arena, setup inside the stand and teardown after the final day
• On-site support across both show days

The impact

Under the hall lighting the stand glowed while the printed banners around it went flat. Visitors slowed down, meetings filled the table, and the exhibitor could swap a message between sessions instead of living with whatever went to print. Because every unit rolls up and stands on its own base, the whole booth went in and came out in minutes with no rigging and nothing to build.
