01How far in advance should I book?
For major shows (Gulfood, GITEX, ADIPEC, Big 5) we recommend reserving 4–6 weeks ahead — inventory tightens close to show dates. For smaller shows we can often turn around in a week.
02Do you handle the venue's load-in paperwork?
DWTC, ADNEC and Expo City require contractor passes and risk method statements for load-in. We provide everything venues need from our side and submit per show — you don't need to chase paperwork.
03What format should our content be in?
We display anything — MP4, MOV, JPG, PNG, PDF, even live Powerpoint slides. Native screen resolution is 384×680 (vertical). If your content is horizontal we can letterbox or recommend a quick edit. Send your file the day before and we'll have it loaded before doors open.
04Is on-site support included?
Yes — a Pixanova technician is reachable throughout your show, and we can put someone physically on the floor for multi-day shows on request. Setup and teardown is always handled by us.
05Can we use Pixanova at ADNEC Abu Dhabi or Sharjah?
Absolutely. We deliver across the UAE — Dubai (DWTC, Expo City, Dubai Harbour), Abu Dhabi (ADNEC, ADIPEC venues), Sharjah Expo, RAK. Out-of-emirate logistics are included in the quote.
