1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of pixanova.co (the "Site") and set out the general framework for LED screen rental services provided by Pixanova L.L.C-FZ ("Pixanova", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (License No. 2539617.01), with registered address at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE. The specific commercial terms of each rental — equipment, dates, pricing, delivery details and any deposit — are set out in the individual quotation and service confirmation we issue for your booking. If a quotation conflicts with these terms, the quotation prevails.

2. Quotes and bookings

• Quotes are free and non-binding until you confirm the booking and we confirm availability.
• A booking is confirmed once we send you a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) and any agreed deposit or payment condition in the quotation is met.
• Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the quotation.

3. Delivery, setup and equipment

• Rental packages include delivery, professional setup and pickup within the area stated in your quotation (typically UAE mainland).
• The equipment remains our property at all times. You agree to use it with reasonable care and not to move, modify or open it without our approval.
• Any damage beyond normal wear and tear, or loss of equipment while it is in your care, may be charged at repair or replacement cost as detailed in your service confirmation.

4. Your content

• You are responsible for the content displayed on rented screens and confirm you hold the rights to use it.
• Content must comply with UAE law and the rules of the venue hosting your event.
• We may decline to display content that is unlawful or that a venue prohibits.

5. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and rescheduling conditions, including any applicable fees, are stated in your quotation or service confirmation. Tell us as early as possible about changes — we do our best to accommodate date or venue changes subject to availability.

6. Liability

We take full care in delivering a reliable service, including backup procedures and on-call support. To the extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability in connection with a rental is limited to the amount you paid for that rental, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Use of the Site

The Site and its content (text, images, videos, logos) belong to Pixanova or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt it or submitting false enquiries.

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Dubai.
