6th Glomerulonephritis Conference 2026

Overview

A three-day international medical conference spread across a full conference floor — foyer, registration, breakout rooms and the main ballroom. The programme changed by the hour and the organisers needed the visuals to keep up. Printed signage would have meant reprinting between every session.

What we delivered

• Multiple P1.86 portable LED roll-up screens placed across the foyer, registration area and session entrances
• A large-format screen built by linking units into a single seamless wall at the main approach
• Twin screens flanking the main stage in the ballroom for the plenary sessions
• Content swapped between sessions and rebuilt each morning from files supplied by the organisers
• Delivery, setup and teardown across all three days
• On-site support for the full run of the event

The impact

One consistent visual language from the front door to the stage, with every screen updating in minutes rather than being reprinted. The vertical format sits naturally in a hotel foyer — it holds attention without needing floor space or rigging, and it moved wherever the flow of delegates moved.
