Iftar Event Setup

Overview

Topi Vapa Biryani were planning to run their corporate iftar at the Lavender Hotel on a projector — until a test showed just how washed-out and dim projected visuals look in a bright ballroom. With the date approaching, they came to us for something that would actually hold attention.

What we delivered

• Supplied and installed a triple-screen LED setup plus two individual screens
• Delivery, setup and teardown around the event schedule

The impact

Where the projector had washed out, the LED screens stayed crisp, bright and premium from the first guest to the last — the room felt considered and modern, a clear step up from the original plan.
