MENA Metabolic & Genetic Conference 2026

Overview

A three-day conference at JW Marriott Marquis where the organisers wanted the ballroom stage to read as one continuous surface rather than a projected image, and the arrivals area to greet delegates before they reached the desk.

What we delivered

• P1.86 portable LED roll-up screens either side of the registration desk, running welcome and delegate information
• Multiple units linked into a full-width LED wall spanning the ballroom stage
• Content prepared and loaded from files supplied by the organisers, updated across the three days
• Delivery, setup and teardown
• On-site support for the duration of the conference

The impact

The linked wall gave the room a stage surface bright enough to hold up under house lighting — no washed-out projection, no hotspot, no keystone. And because the units are portable, the whole build went in and came out without rigging or a truss call.
