International Oncology Forum 2026

Overview

A two-day forum running parallel workshop tracks in a separate meeting room from the main hall. Delegates arriving at registration had to know immediately what was on, where, and when — and the answer was different on day one and day two.

What we delivered

• P1.86 portable LED roll-up screens at registration and at the workshop room entrance
• Screens carrying the live session schedule, refreshed between days and updated on the spot when timings moved
• Additional units positioned on the exhibition floor alongside stand builds
• Delivery, setup and teardown across both days
• On-site support throughout the forum

The impact

The schedule became something delegates could read at a glance on the way in, and the organisers could change it without a reprint or a scramble. On the exhibition floor the screens gave each stand a bright, moving element in a space where everything else was static board.
