WOTIC 2026 — Park Rotana Abu Dhabi

Overview

The World Orthopaedic & Trauma Innovation Congress brought surgeons, clinicians and industry partners together for two days at Park Rotana Abu Dhabi. With a long list of sponsors and exhibitors to credit and a foyer that doubled as the registration and networking space, the organisers wanted the arrival area to look like a congress, not a corridor of printed pull-ups.

What we delivered

• Two P1.86 portable LED units linked into a single wide sponsor wall at the main approach, carrying every sponsor and exhibitor tier on one bright surface
• Single roll-up screens placed along the foyer and beside registration, each dedicated to a sponsor tier or the exhibitor line-up
• Content prepared and loaded from files supplied by the organisers, ready before delegates arrived on day one
• Delivery from Dubai, setup and teardown across both days
• On-site support for the full run of the congress

The impact

A sponsor wall that a printed banner could never match — bright enough to hold up against the daylight pouring into the lobby, and easy to update the moment a logo or tier changed. Because the units roll up and link on the spot, the whole build went into a hotel foyer without rigging, floor space or a truss call, and came out just as quickly on the final afternoon.
